Go glamping in style! This brand new, Forest River Sunseeker who we like to call, ‘Little Foot’, is ready to hit the open road and accommodate to a family up to 6! Driving is a breeze with back up cam, lane detection monitoring system, and EZ ride premium suspension. As well as an arctic package for traveling during those cooler months. Featuring two slide outs for a very roomy interior space, and a spacious rear bathroom with tons of storage. Indoor and outdoor shower. Soft close cabinets throughout, hidden pantry for the kitchen essentials, and a full wardrobe closet for ample hanging space. 3 TV's total, one being outdoors, so plenty of indoor and outdoor entertainment! Kitchen space is equipped with a roomy refrigerator and freezer, 3 burner stove, microwave, and large sink! We happily provide cooking utensils, French press, sunscreen, bug repellent, the basics! We want you to feel and home and have everything you need on the road to make your trip as simple and seamless as possible. Cozy sleeping spaces including a queen bed over cab, private queen bed area on the slide out, and eat in dinette converts to a bed as well for more sleep space. The passenger cab seat can spin around and recline as well! Linens for all bedding can be included if you request it for an additional fee, otherwise feel free to bring your own! Two sets of bath towels included, more can be provided upon request. NOTES: STEPS TO AVOID ADDITIONAL CHARGES BEFORE RETURNING THE RV. 1) DUMP waste water tanks & Fill Propane used. Nearby locations: Loves truck stop 9650 S 20th St, Oak Creek, WI 53154 Wisconsin State Fair 601 S 76th St, Milwaukee,53214 2) Fill unleaded gas tank and propane back to where it was prior to trip 3)Please use mattress pad (we will provide) on main bed- failure to protect mattress can result in additional fees to replace the custom pad. 4) Clean the INSIDE of RV. It should be as clean as when you rented. We’ll clean the outside. Reminder- No smoking in the RV! Any strong odors, such as smoke, will result in the forfeiting of your full deposit. 5) Schedule the drop off time **The tires have been inspected and are certified to be in new condition. Therefore, should any tire issues arise while RV is in the renter's possession that result in the purchase of a new tire(s), renter agrees to pay the full cost of a replacement tire(s) (approximate cost $175 per tire). RV Share roadside assistance covers the service call to change a flat tire.
