The motorhome is equipped with everything a family would need to enjoy a vacation of their dreams - all bedding, cooking utensils, extra tent, board games, outside yard games, bath towels, etc.. We will work with each family on their exact needs. All included in nightly rental fee - no other surprise fees. Other items or services can be added as well - see Optional upgrades section. We want your family vacation to end with a stress-free experience, so we are providing you with the convenience cleaning option when you return - having to spend 2-3 hours cleaning the RV after a long trip is stressful to say the least - we have you covered. Renter is required to return RV full of fuel, black/gray tanks empty, LP tank full (heating season only), all personal items and trash removed, all items removed from refrigerator/freezer (do not turn off at end of trip), dishes washed and put away, and dirty bedding and towels placed in on lower bunk (wet towels in plastic bag)- optional fees can be paid in advance if renter chooses to have owner provide services at a fixed rate. If unit is returned without these items resolved - owner will charge T&M and reduce from security deposit by amount. RV is equipped with proper cleaning supplies to clean as needed while on your trip. Please message me for other details and options.
