Welcome to our 2018 Sportsman 180BH travel trailer for your next outdoor vacation. It's camping season again and it looks like you are here to avoid sleeping on the ground this year. This trailer is lightweight and you can tow the trailer with an SUV or MiniVan (under 3000LBS). The unit sleeps 5 people comfortably, with 1 queen bed, a set of twin size bunks and a fold down dinette, you could fit 2 small people but 1 is more comfortable. The unit comes with all hookups (electrical, water and sewer) required for stress free camping. The chef of the group will have a 12V refrigerator and a pantry to store all the food, plus there is an exterior griddle for breakfast outside. This model also includes convenient exterior storage for fishing poles, tackle boxes, and your luggage!. There is lots of extra sleeping space inside the Rockwood Roo 233S. Three queen tent end beds with HEATED mattresses, located at the front, rear, and road side along with a single slide out helps open up the living space in this expandable travel trailer by Forest River. Storage shelves are located above all three tent openings, with storage space below the road side bed. A 67" flip sofa (twin bed sized) with overhead cabinets is located immediately to your right as you enter. Across, you will find the single slide which has a generous 85" u-shaped dinette (fits 2 adults and 3-4 children seated comfortably) which drops down into another QUEEN bed. The bathroom in the rear corner includes a toilet, linen storage, spacious radius corner shower, vanity sink and medicine cabinet. The kitchen area includes a pantry, double kitchen sink, three burner range large 21' oven, and overhead cabinets. The refrigerator and entertainment center are next to the dinette. A Keurig is provided, so please bring your favorite coffee/tea/hot chocolate K-Cups along. Dishes, cutlery, pos and pans, and utensils are provided at no extra fee. We are Pete and Denise. After years of camping on our own with our family, we've decided to make the opportunity available to others. We want you to Relax and enjoy this non smoking home away from home. The trailer is rated for up to eight persons but Ideally suited to a couple or family with up to 5 young kids or 2 teenagers. Most everything you need is available and included within the trailer. This includes pots and pans, utensils and dishes. Small appliances such as toaster coffee pot, Keurig coffee maker are included. A barbecue is also available at no charge. Pay only for the small green propane bottles you use or simply replace them. Bedding for the queen bed as well as the double wide bunk beds are available upon requests at no charge. Rated at just 6000 lb loaded and 24 ft long. It is an easy tow with a half ton pickup. Or if you are more comfortable, I can deliver to a campsite in southern Ontario for a reasonable fee . I am self-employed and very flexible as to pick up times and delivery time. This will be my fourth trailer on RVZ and I have five star reviews on all my other three. I have just purchased this trailer in January and as of yet have no reviews on it. Spaciest open concept layout, private entrance for the master sweet, kitchen has lots of room to prepare your meals and everything you will need to accommodate your family vacation. Great kids bunk area for sleeping, has a pullout couch that turns into a comfy bed. As well as the dinette for another bed as well. A good size washroom and shower. Has a power awning to add some shade or help keep things dry from the rain. Our trailer is equipped with solar panel which will run your basics (lights, water pump ect…). Will not power a/c or furnace. ***No smoking in the camper. ***Camper and all equipment must be returned in the condition it was given to you in. Charges for any damages will be taken out of your deposit. Please reach out with any questions!
