The overhead attic has a queen size area, with a weight limit of 500. Another comfortable queen bed is found in the back with a slide-out. The dining table can also easily be converted to a bed which allows sleeping space for up to a total of 6 people. The main seating area is very clean, comfortable, and large. The dining room table is spacious, room for four. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a large sink, three stove top burners, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The fully furnished bathroom has everything you need. There are many windows spread throughout to allow the cool evening breeze in. The RV also comes with blackout curtains for all windows to allow you to keep cool and private. C.L. is a like new 2019 Tiffin Class A with bunk beds. She has a large master suite with a king sized bed, full bath (with spacious shower), lots of room for clothing, and a TV with Blue-ray player. Amidships, she has bunkbeds and a half bath, along with a fireplace and TV. Her living space has a three-person leather sofa which opens into a bed, a dinette with seating for five (which can drop down into a bed), a residential fridge, gas cooktop, convection microwave, and plenty of storage. Accent lighting illuminates beautiful cabinetry and furniture in this positively luxurious coach! The driver seat turns into a comfortable swivel chair and the passenger seat turns into a recliner. One final bed folds down from the roof above the driver and passenger seats. Outside, C.L. has a TV and external shower. C.L. has instant hot water, a generator, electric 50/30 amp and sewage hook ups and she is gas powered. C.L. comes with everything you need for the perfect road trip - 5 camping chairs, outdoor games, board games, fresh linens, pillows, cookware, utensils, a fire pit and WIFI. We always set up the camper to any hook ups available so don't worry about getting your hands dirty! Afterwards, we pick up the trailer and dump the tanks for you. This is not an off road trailer. No smoking and no cleaning fish inside of trailer. 2. Ensure the campground has potable water to fill the fresh water tank upon your arrival. To avoid cracks developing in tanks do not tow camper with tanks filled. Water tanks Black/Gray tanks should be empty when returned. $100 dump fee if not empty. 4. Awning must be retracted in the event of inclement weather (high winds). 5. No more than 250lbs on bunk beds.
