Gwen is a great rig for family and group travel. She has plenty of room for people as well as baggage. We have upgraded our suspension and steering control to make the ride smoother and easier for the driver and passengers. The Kitchen has a full size fridge and ample storage. The rear Master king size bed is usable even with the slide in. In addition to 2 A/Cs, she also has Propane, Electric Fireplace and Water Heater. When enjoying the outdoors you have the use of 2 motorized awnings, a TV, and a shower head. We include all Bed Linens, Bath Linens, Kitchen Basics for a group of 4. Both inside TVs are SMART.

There are some beach supplies included for your convenience as well. These include: 4 beach chairs and a child beach chair with canopy, 2 oversized beach bags, 1 beach blanket, a large umbrella, beach wagon, 2 tables, a cooler with 4 Oversized ice packs and 6 smaller sized ice packs and smaller cooler, water jug, and some beach toys. I included some shelling gear for my fellow shellers. (metal scoop and small net and shell bag with zipper spot for minis). There is a beach regulation fire pit for the beach. It's just the walls. There is no base and it lies flat in the outdoor storage. Please go online and be sure to have the proper permit for having a fire on the beach. Please follow all rules for your benefit. Park Rangers are there. There is also an outdoor hot/cold shower for rinsing off after a long day at the beach or a nice ride on the water. Indoor Features and Amenities Fully equipped kitchen with all the dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans you could possibly need for cooking, baking or grilling on your camping adventure. Serve ware and containers also included. There is a K-Cup/Coffee grind coffee maker and a electric Kettle for tea. Electric skillet for extra cook space. There is a Ninja blender to make smoothies or cocktails. A electric countertop ice maker. Koozies for cans and skinny cans. There is a 40" Smart TV with HDMI hook up to bring your gaming console. There's a cozy fireplace. Can be used to get warm or just use the ambiance lighting setting without the heat. Listen to music on the Blue Tooth AM/FM radio. You can listen to music inside or outside in the entertainment area or both. The u-shaped dinette and table can seat 6. The bathroom has a shower with a tub base instead of shower base which is a great plus for the kiddies. With a skylight for better lighting. There is a blow dryer and hot iron for your use. The bathroom has another entrance door that makes it a lot easier to navigate a crowded RV or for easy access to toilet or shower. There is a second 32" Smart TV in the bunkhouse, great extra for kids, especially on a rainy day. There is an extra 40" TV for outdoor hookup to enjoy. This is located under couch. The TV mount is outside main entrance above outlet. Extras provided to lighten your travel load include coloring books for all ages, reading books for all ages, multi card games, puzzles for all ages including a puzzle board for larger puzzles. Puzzle board is under mattress. If there is anything you want to know that might not be listed here please feel free to ask. If dates you are looking for are unavailable, please still reach out. They might be blocked for personal reasons and or maintenance and might be able to be made available. All extra fees, plus an additional percentage of total amount of sale go directly to the cleaning service, tow service and RV Share. Very easy to drive and parking. You can drive in any National park. Very easy and fast set up once you get to your camping location. We are already in the Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smokie National Park 45 minutes always so you don't have travel far to your vacation spot.

Ms. Betsy has been recently renovated with all new furniture, leather, flooring, kitchen/bathroom/ shower upgrades, and more! We've spent thousands in quality of life and leisure upgrades! If you're familiar with operating an RV or have very minimal experience, we'll do our best to accommodate you! This RV would be PERFECT for the following parties: 1. 1-3 singles 2. 1-2 couples 3. 1 single/1 couple, up to 2-3 children Rides 4 (seatbelts), sleeps 5 (1 Queen bedroom, 1 pullout couch, 1 twin framed air mattress) This RV would NOT be a great fit for the following parties: 1. Groups of 6 or larger (only 4 seat belts) 2. Groups requiring more than three beds (only 2 queens, 1 full) 3. About the rig: 2016 Coachman Freelander. Immaculate vehicle and living quarters! This RV has it all but is super simple to operate. She drives like a large truck or U-Haul, so fairly easy for most experienced drivers. And packs a lot of room in a small area with the kitchen slide. The separate bedroom provides privacy and hosts a large storage capacity (overhead cabinets, side wardrobes and under bed storage). The queen size bed is super comfortable! The over cab loft area can sleep 2 adults comfortably, while the dinette and fold out couch would be better suited for the kids, or those vertically challenged. The kitchen provides a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove/oven combo. Cups, plates, bowls and utensils are provided, as well as pots, pans and cooking tray/utensils. The bathroom is cozy but gets the job done. The toilet and shower are separate from the sink, giving more privacy and opportunity for multiple uses at once. Massive amounts of storage above the couch and dinette for all your goods, as well as additional storage under the dinette seats. Below deck there is plenty of storage for all your necessities. There is an outside tv, one in the loft and one in the bedroom. A DVD player as well as cable hookup options. Or bring your Apple TV, fire stick or Google play to stream your favorite shows!
