If tank emptying add-on is selected, we will take care of it at the end of your trip. We can provide a full tank of fresh water, but that will add about 300lbs of towing weight so please request in advance if you require fresh water. In order to tow the trailer, you MUST have 7 pin wiring. 4 pin wiring will not allow the trailer brakes to work and AB law requires working trailer brakes for all trailers over 1,500lbs. A brake controller is also required to tow safely. We can provide one free of charge if requested at time of booking. There is a $400 replacement fee if it is not returned (that's how much they cost) Our cleaning/prep fee covers propane, toiler paper, cleaning and sanitizing between rentals, some cleaning supplies and everything you require to safely tow and hook up the trailer at the campsite. Hello! I am a 28 foot 2023 Grand Design Imagine 2800 Bunk House. I am extremely comfortable for a couple and great for a family up to or 6-8 too. The manufacturer will tell you it sleeps 10, but it’s more realistically a family of 5 or 6. With a single large slide, I’m big enough to accommodate an entire family on a rainy day, but still cozy enough to enjoy some comfortable time away. I have a full separate front bedroom with an upgraded residential Queen-sized bed which is separated from the rest of the space by a large solid sliding door, and a separate exterior entry. There is two oversized (double) bunks in the rear and a u-shaped dinette that can also be converted in seconds into a double bed, good for adults or children. A comfortable sofa also folds down into another double bed. I have a large sized internal bathroom with a separate shower to ensure you enjoy a shower like home should you want. The bathroom has a real porcelain toilet, linen storage, medicine cabinet and sink. I have a well equipped full size kitchen with a gas stove and oven, microwave, full sized 10.0 cu.ft.(!) fridge and freezer, ample pantry storage, stainless steel faucet, and of course a large bowl stainless kitchen sink. I will be stocked with toilet paper and paper towel. Only certain TP’s can be flushed down my drain so please leave the TP selection to us. We will ensure you have enough for your stay. My kitchen is stocked with almost everything you could need for cooking both inside the trailer or outside and I come equipped with a French Press, a stove top espresso maker, and a classic enamel percolator to provide the perfect coffee setup for your campsite mornings. There is a separate outdoor ‘kitchen’ with a stovetop, a hookup for a portable gas BBQ (not included), and a small fridge to the rear. In some of my hidden compartments you will find outdoor chairs, an axe for cutting firewood, a picnic table cloth, candle holders, and some other items for turning your campground into a home. If you rent me, my owners will give you a full run down of where to find everything you will need for a fun and safe trip as well as how to hook and set me up. They will also be available to you 24/7 in case of any emergencies or if you have any questions. You will need a vehicle that can tow up to 7,600 pounds as that is how much I weigh when I am full of gas and water. You should also have towing experience. I am a very loved trailer, well maintained, very clean and so comfortable you will not want your time with me to be over.
