Double door refrigerator with freezer and fully functional (50/50) sink, stove, microwave and range allow for family cooked meals anywhere you are! TV setup for indoor entertainment if you do get sick of the beautiful outdoors or the rain visits! Bathroom has full sized shower (outdoor shower also available) with indoor and outdoor entrance allowing ease of access. 2 5/8” ball mount needed however we give out our anti sway hitch to all renters towing which makes the trip much more smooth. Fees will vary depending on rental site (some parks do not offer a septic empty so we have to empty offsite however this is rare). 7) Water can be filled beforehand at request however a fee may be involved 8) Maximum 8 guests however, if they all are adults it will be uncomfortable. We suggest 6 adults max. Recommendations: Have a site ready to go and location prior to renting. Ensure that your site is accessible for 33' trailer. Advise if electrical hookup (30amp), water hookup is available and if they have septic dumping in the yard. Bring your own linens! Don't pay for rental linens as its expensive for both of us :). We have chairs and an outdoor side table included with all rentals. Plan your outdoor setup prior! Things to Note: We are flexible! Typically, during the week delivery would need to be after 5pm, however if you are hauling yourself pickup can be anytime. Drop off and pickup can change depending on vicinity (sometimes we rent out of Trenton, Hastings and Peterborough). If on the way home and not out of the renters way, we may have it dropped off somewhere closer to save both of us precious fuel costs!

You will be charged $75 for tank refill if not returned full. Grey water black water MUST be emptied before returning. No exceptions. If for any reason the tanks are not emptied properly or fully, you will be charged $100. Most parks will have pump out stations and we have provided the connection hose for you. Please return or you will be charged for a new one. Electrical adapter cable and plug included. Both need to be returned or you will be charged for a new one. Blue water hose included. Please do not use a green water hose or any other hose found at campsites. Please return or you will be charged for a new one. Guests are responsible for bringing their own linens, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, etc. The trailer is virtually empty ready for all your personal favourite travel accessories! Queen size bed in the master, fold out couch and dining table converts into a twin size beds. In the back the double full size bunks are perfect for kids to share. The bathroom has an exterior door which makes it very easy to access while you’re hanging outside. Wrap around bench dining table. Kitchen with a large sink, gas stove and oven, microwave, large pantry and a fridge and freezer. You’ll find the camper also comes with plenty of storage space. There is a large TV in the living room and bunk area. ***We will deliver up to 300km. We will fully set the trailer up so it is ready for you when you arrive, show you the ropes and tear down. ***You are responsible for making reservations at your desired campground. It must be able to accommodate a 28ft’ trailer with large slide out, 30 or 50 amp hook-up, water and sewer. If the campsite doesn’t have a sewer connection at the site there must be a dump station available at the campground for use and this will be an additional $50 to dump at the dump station. ***We will provide linens, pillows, towels, basic cookware, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cards/board games, dvd movies for the tv and more. ***No smoking in the camper. ***Camper and all equipment must be returned in the condition it was given to you in.
