We offer pretty much anything you need (if you need- please check with us if you need any of these) including pots and pans, cutlery, silverware, dish soap, hand soap, mugs, toaster, dish towels, bath towels, linen, pool floaties, hammock, twinkling lights- you name it! Extra supplies like 6 bike rack, grill, portable bbq, camping chairs, etc are also provided but at extra cost. The camper is in excellent condition, clean and well-maintained. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably + 4 smaller guests. Has a queen bed and two bunks in the back. The dining table and couch both convert to sleeping surfaces. The camper has a heater and AC, a propane stove/oven, a fridge/freezer that runs on gas or electricity, a microwave, and a 3-piece bath (trailer-sized tub). Has a manual awning. The camper comes stocked with tons of camping gear. Dishes, coffee maker, chairs, hot dog sticks, etc. All you have to bring is bedding, food and towels. We ask that you replace anything you use. The ball is 2 5/16 inches. If you can’t pull the trailer, no worries we can work out a deal. I could tow it to the site for a fee  depending on where the site located Available anytime after May long but books up fast. Feel free to contact me about what date you would like to rent. Well maintained, 21ft travel trailer! Super family friendly. The weight in the listing is the GVWR. This RV is the perfect size for a couple or a small family who wants to escape for a little getaway! It’s lightweight nature makes it easy to tow and allows for versatile camping- will fit into almost every camping spot! When you walk into this trailer, you will find a u-shaped dinette at the front of the trailer that folds down to be a queen size bed, over top of the table is a 3 cabinet storage. It has a full kitchen, fridge and pantry along with a linens closet. At the back of the trailer there is Jack and Jill bunks, with a small storage closet beside top bunk to store clothes or linens. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and bath tub- which is a must for small kids! Includes everything to make your trip comfortable! If there’s something on this list that you believe to be missing or would like to see if it could be included, we are open to messages and requests. We can’t promise all requests will be fulfilled, but we will try! (No shedding dogs permitted) • Septic tank must be emptied before return- otherwise a fee will incur. • Pick up/drop off times are flexible, must be agreed on by both parties before departure. (Pick up/Drop off times only allowed during rental time. Cannot accommodate days before or after as it can interfere with other rentals) • If trailer is returned late, additional fees will apply.
