My wife and l rented their trailer. Pull it with a Ram 1500 with no problem to San Diego. All the amenities were as described and everything worked perfectly. Wishing our trip was a little longer but we would rent this trailer again, without any hesitation. Thank you juan with all your help with any of my questions, you made our vacation that much easier.

Mike was communicative and attempted to help but there were many issues with the van. He did not notify us until mere hours before pickup that the generator wasn’t working despite that being the main reason we chose his van, making me wonder if he wanted to make it so I couldn’t book a different van. Then he delayed our pickup saying a technician was there repairing the generator, but even after several hours the generator wasn’t fixed so we were delayed departing but still lacked a working generator. The sink in the bathroom was dirty with an old piece of soap in it. We also had difficulty with the outlets in the van working (even the ones that didn’t require generator) so the only way we could charge devices was by turning on the van. The van was spacious and comfortable and the hot water did work in the shower using propane, but given I was very clear that we needed to be off grid for 3 days with a working generator, ultimately we would NOT rent from Mike again, despite how helpful he tried to be. I was also disappointed that when I picked up the van late and discovered we wouldn’t have the necessary generator, Mike promised a discount when we returned the van and instead he tacked on a charge of $185 for a small dent in the propane tank cover so we ended up paying much more than we would have for a comparable van that had a working generator
