Warning*** Avoid Sarah and her RV I really do not like writing negative reviews and never write them, but for Sarah, i'll make a special exception. Everything started off great, little lacking in the communication department but as I learned later on from the delivery driver, this was due to Sarah being in Europe. All good. Delivery was actually early and the driver was friendly. At about midway of the RV setup, we went inside to checkout our home for the next 3 days. As soon as we walked into the RV, we were hit with an awful stench of stale old cigarettes. This was shocking because Sarah’s post clearly stated that there is No Smoking allowed. We have a small child that suffers from asthma so this was something we were very worried about. We decided to open up all the windows in attempts to air out the RV. This was our main gripe however there were a few other things that really made the price of Sarah’s RV not worth it. Such as, the RV looked as if it wasn’t swept from the last rental (there was dirty all over the ground, the outside mat that was completely covered in mud, and the fact that Sarah had provided the wrong generator plug leaving us without AC during our stay. The main reason I am taking time out of my day to write this review is because Sarah blatantly lied and tried defender herself about how the RV did not smell and that she inspected it herself. Very convenient being as how she’s been in Europe this whole time. I tried to reason with Sarah about this and to just get a small break on the delivery fee which was $500 to my destination. However she declined and refused to work with us at all, fantastic customer service by the way. Anyways, I ended up paying with taxes and fees $2,300 for 2 nights stay in the RV from hell. So if you’re looking for a similar experience, by all means. If you read this review and are skeptical, please check her reviews. Look at her first review, then the slew of fake reviews sandwiched in-between. Avoid This RV at all cost!
