Communication should have been 6 stars. Best I’ve ever had! What a treat to have a fresh travel trailer delivered to our camping spot with everything ready. All we had to do was unload our food and clothing, lean back and relax. Great weekend! Thank you.

Friendly host and accommodating. Trailer is new and clean. However a couple points that were not clearly identified in the description. The Fridge is (12Vdc) Electric ONLY, not Propane and Electric. So if you do not have power, it is unusable for any more than a day. The bathroom has no sink, so you must use the kitchen sink to wash your hands. Also, no hanger for toilet paper. The bed is factory, and therefore not very supportive, however he mentioned he was going to add a foamy to improve the support. I also encouraged to have 2 Batteries instead of 1, and while your at it, to have 2 propane tanks instead of one (Gas Stove an Hot Water). Lastly, there is very little counter space at the kitchen. A few improvements will go a long way.
