Trailer was as described. Was dropped off, set up and retrieved right on schedule. Was clean and had all we needed as first time trailer campers. Communication was good and accurate, just wish was quicker in some respects, but could have been that I was not very clear with my needs. Would DEFINITELY recommend working with Amber on a rental.
