They were so polite and accommodating. The rv was nice and comfortable.

RV was delivered and left with us completely un-level. We had experienced campers near us who were able to help us get the unit level front to back but the side to side level never got resolved. Reached out to owner who eventually got back to me and wrote out the steps to level it, instead of sending the delivery guy back to us. I messaged the owner right away in hopes he would tell the delivery guy to turn around and come back. I paid for delivery but received just a drop off type of service. Not a great experience. The RV was clean and as advertised.When the delivery guy came back to pick up the RV, he ran it into a brick wall on the way out. Caused quite the scene at our campout. The delivery guy had to disassemble the block wall to get the RV out. It was a straight shot out of the park, not sure why he couldn’t make it without damaging the property..
