The RV must be returned as was picked up. All personal belongings and garbage are removed, unit is in a clean and tidy state (except for the deep clean which we take care of) Return RV full of gasoline, propane or to the max of 80%,Grey and black water tanks empty. All persons riding in RV must wear seatbelts while vehicle is traveling. Guest are required to bring their own child safety seats which must meet lap belt installation requirements. Make sure all propane, hot water tank, fridge and lights are turned off and coach door is locked prior to traveling. Secure all items in RV. Only approved drivers may drive the RV. There is plenty of space for everyone in our Fehradise on wheels! Step inside the entrance closest to the front and see a queen bed with storage space underneath to the right. There are dual wardrobes and an overhead cabinet for storage. Straight ahead inside the door find a entertainment center for your enjoyment with storage both above and below. The entertainment center can easily be viewed by the u-shaped dinette, which also coverts into a bed. The sleeper sofa converts into a hide-a-bed. In the kitchen cook up your favourite meals with a three burner range, microwave oven, and kitchen sink for easy cleanup. There is also a refrigerator and pantry for food and dry good storage plus more. We provide a Keurig (pods included) and a toaster. Pots, pans, and dinnerware are included. Just need to bring your food! In the rear there is a bathroom with a private entry door. The bath features a tub/shower, toilet, and sink with medicine cabinet. The private entry makes it easy to access when you are enjoying the outdoors. A set of double bed bunks in the right rear corner provides plenty of sleeping for the kiddos or extra guests. A ladder in the rear makes accessing the top bunk easy. Linens, blankets, and pillows are included. An outdoor refrigerator is perfect for accessing drinks while outside. There is also an 18' awning and exterior storage access up front on both sides of the trailer, and so much more!
