Please read all details carefully and reach out with any questions before proceeding to booking! OPTIONS: 1. Delivery/pick-up - so you don’t have to worry about towing and setting up. Delivery times have to be discussed and agreed to prior to booking and we’ll do our best to be flexible. 2. Self-towing may be available depending on renters towing experience. Please message or call to discuss this option and details. All self-towing renters must provide the reservation confirmation from the Park/Campground. Towing must be on paved roads only. There is absolutely no dirt, gravel, or off road towing allowed. We may allow the trailer to music festivals/concerts based on certain stipulations. AMENITIES INCLUDED WITH RENTAL: - Fully stocked kitchen includes: pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils, coffee pot, tea pot, toaster, small propane BBQ for cooking outside. - TV/DVD/Aux/Radio (bring your favourite DVDs for the kids) - Outdoor kitchen - Heating & AC (must be plugged in for AC) - Outdoor mat Separate Add-on’s For Your Convenience: - Linens package (includes sheets, pillows and comforter sets for queen and double bunks, set of shower towels) - Camping chairs x2 - Propane fire pit with full bottle of propane ( renters responsible for refill if required) -Generator - Overall length (tongue to bumper) 29.5 feet Information to Support Non-Hook up Camping: We support non-hookup parks. Our trailer will be supplied with 2 fully charged batteries or a pair of 6-volt batteries, a full tank of fresh water & holding tanks completely drained & flushed. It is a good idea to rent or bring your own generator to maintain the batteries. Renters need to be aware of conserving power and water. Batteries will not last longer than 4 full days (especially if using the heat) without using a generator, so be aware when booking your camping/trailer. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: We will give renters an expected arrival time (usually between the hours of 2pm- 6pm) and renters are to be present for delivery and walk-through of the trailer. If, for some reason this cannot be accommodated, please let us know in advance. Check out time is no later than 10am. If leaving prior to 10 am please inform us with enough time to allow for pick-up of the unit and do a final walk-through together. CLEANING: Trailer is to be returned in the same condition as received. Used towels to be left in the shower. Wash the dishes and utensils. All countertops, sinks, microwave, shower, toilet, fridge, oven, stovetop, and barbeque must be left clean and ready for use. We will supply cleaning supplies. It is agreed that if the trailer is returned in unsatisfactory condition, then the damage deposit fee will be charged. SMOKING: Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in or near the trailers. This will result in the damage deposit fee collected. Cannabis is to be stored in personal vehicle only and not in the trailer. CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancelled by the guest more than 30 days from the start date of rental: The guest will receive a full refund of the deposit that was paid minus the RVezy service fee and its tax. If cancelled by the guest between 30 days and 8 days from the start date of rental: The guest will be refunded 50% of the rental amount and will forfeit the RVezy service fee and its tax as well as the 2nd half of the rental amount. The host will receive a payout of 50% of the rental amount minus the RVezy service fee and its tax. If cancelled by the guest 7 days or less from the start date of rental: The guest will forfeit the full rental amount as well as RVezy's service fee and its tax. The host will receive a payout of the full rental amount minus the RVezy service fee and its tax. 24-hour grace period: Guests are entitled to get a full refund if they cancel within 24 hours from the time the host accepts the booking. The host will not receive a payout. The above applies as long as the time of cancellation is more than 24 hours from the trip start date. Please note that the 24-hour timeline is strict to the exact time the host accepts the booking.
