Thank-you for your interest in our trailer! We are born and raised islanders with a busy family life for all sports and a great love for the outdoors. We are a knowledgeable camping family that has experienced every form of camping, from tenting to RV’ing with a truck and camper to a trailer then a fifth wheel. We are excited for your family to create the core memories that our family has cherished for years. Our goal is to provide you with a safe, comfortable and clean RV’ing experience to help make your trip less work so you can enjoy the precious time you have with your family. The fridge gailed within a day or two and they made arrangements for someone to come by the campsite to check it out. unfortately it wS determined the fridge could not be repaired prior to the end of our 2 week rental. The only other concern which we did not get around to reporting to them was the water. It hD a very heavy bleach smell and felt a bit strange to touch, almost as though it had antifreeze or something in it. Wewere using the water very rarely, mostly just to brush teeth and even then we mostly used park water from our bottles and just used the trailer water for a quick rinse. We were disappointed there was no offer of a discount for the lack of a fridge but having said that we would consider renting from them again.

The trailer was sparkling clean too, which was a bonus! Communication with Farrah was excellent from start to finish; anytime I had a question, she responded within minutes. Her friendliness and responsiveness made the whole process seamless and stress-free.
