Selected add-ons may also be available upon request. • Delivery and pickup times should be coordinated in advance to ensure a smooth experience. For pickup rentals, the fresh water tank is usually partially filled to help reduce towing weight and improve fuel efficiency unless otherwise requested. He delivered the camper right to our site at Goldstream, had everything set up and ready for us, and then spent nearly an hour walking us through every feature to make sure we felt completely comfortable. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely cared that our family had a great experience. On top of that, he included several generous extras that would normally have cost well over $100, and he even surprised our boys with a thoughtful gift, which they absolutely loved. The camper was exactly as described, absolutely spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you’d need. Eric truly went above and beyond in every way. If you’re considering renting from him, don’t hesitate—you’ll be in excellent hands.
