Established in 1967, the park offers 153 grassed campsites, including 88 sites with electrical hookups (30 amp), 50 RV pull-through sites, water hookups, and a trailer dump and fill station — making it a well-equipped destination for RV travellers. Campers enjoy modern comfort stations with showers, flush toilets, laundry facilities, picnic tables, a playground, and firewood availability. A highlight of the park is Wheeler's Walk Trail, a scenic route featuring a boardwalk across a marsh wetland. The park's recreation lineup includes hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, canoeing, boating, and kite boarding, along with kayak rentals and a Tackle Share program for anglers. A dog beach and pet exercise area make Selkirk a welcoming choice for families travelling with pets. The day-use picnic area provides ample space for non-camping visitors. Was great working with Steven! Super accommodating and communicated extensively well. Trailer was fully loaded and camped for 5 nights doing without nothing. Trailer was clean and comfortable.
