Voyageur Provincial Park is a 1,466-hectare recreational park nestled along the Ottawa River in Eastern Ontario, near Chute-à-Blondeau. Established in 1966, the park offers 416 car camping sites, including 150 sites with electrical hookups (30-amp), pull-through sites, water hookups, and a dump station — making it a well-equipped destination for RV travellers. Seven comfort stations provide showers, flush toilets, and laundry facilities, while a park store and food concession add everyday convenience. Four stunning beaches along the Ottawa River invite swimming and relaxing, while two boat launches and docks, plus canoe and kayak rentals, make the park a hub for paddling and fishing enthusiasts. Hikers, cyclists, and families will appreciate the scenic trails, four playgrounds, and a large picnic area. Nature interpretation programs bring the natural environment to life for all ages. Firewood is available on-site. Located just east of Ottawa and close to the Quebec border, Voyageur Provincial Park combines excellent RV infrastructure with breathtaking river scenery, making it a premier camping destination in Ontario's Upper Ottawa Valley.

Allan went above and beyond in helping us be set up and ready to make some incredible family memories on our first camping trip. The trailer was super clean and in great shape. His instructions were very clear and gave me a lot of confidence, which was great as we had to set it up in the dark the first night! I highly recommend Allan and this trailer if you’re looking to make some summer memories too!

I wish I could give six stars instead of five. Wow, what an incredible experience for first time RV. It was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Many things that we forgot at home, this RV had it. The owner replied to my messages very quickly, it was a easy process booking, picking up the RV with inspection. The owner took the time to go through the RV and show us how everything works. We stayed two nights at the Voyager campground. We had such an amazing experience my brothers who were also camping with us they couldn't stop to be amazed by how easy we had it. They will definitely be renting an RV next time we go together. Thank you so much to the owner and his amazing family. Looking forward to our next trip.

The Backyard Betsy was the perfect weekend home for my cousin and I and her two little kids. Steve was helpful in explaining how to use everything during pre-trip inspection. He was quick, efficient, and on time. The trailer was spotless and very well maintained. Steve and Michelle were easy to reach when we had a question. They even left the sweetest little welcome basket catered to the kids ages. Backyard Betsy had absolutely anything and everything we could have needed. Steven and Michelle, I really thought of everything when they were stalking the trailer. There was plenty of room for all of us, a variety of board games and a variety of DVDs.I would book with them again!!!
