Our beautiful and cozy RV can sleep up to 8 people, with a queen mattress in the primary room, large bunks at the rear, large dinette bed, and drop down couch, it is the perfect option your families vacation getaway! This trailer has an exterior shower as well as internal. It also has an outdoor kitchen with a fridge, water hose and mini fridge. Audio (radio or Bluetooth connected device) can be played in the trailer, outside during bonfires, or both! Unless you are an experienced boondock camper, we respectfully ask that you ensure your site has, at the very least, an electric hook-up - this is largely in part due to the fact that the fridge/freezer runs ONLY off electricity and does not have a propane option. This is also to ensure that you are able to run the AC on those hot summer days and nights - the AC will not run strictly off the battery. *Please note that if you plan to use the main propane (furnace, oven, indoor stove and outdoor cooktop) there is a $20 propane repayment add-on option. **Please note that you will need to add the Emptying Septic Prepayment add-on if the drop-off location doesn’t have sewer hookups OR a dump station - ie. backyard for a wedding, fairgrounds, etc. This charge will help cover the cost for us to pull into a campground and use their dump station service. What is included in your rental? Entertainment: - 42” Smart TV (You’re welcome to log into your Netflix account; however, you’ll have to hotspot your mobile phone data or utilize the campground WiFi if available) - Many DVD’s - Board games and playing cards Kitchen/Cooking Items: - Reusable plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs and utensils. - Tongs, spatulas, sharp knives, cutting boards, scissors, bottle/can opener, cheese grater, etc. - Kettle, toaster and coffee maker with a reusable filter. - Sauce pots and frying pans - Dish cloths and dish towels - Tin foil, plastic wrap, garbage and ziploc bags Hygiene: - RV toilet paper (please do not bring or use regular household toilet paper) - Dish/hand soap - Clothes line clips and rope for drying clothes outdoors - Broom and dust pan - First aid kit Outdoors: - Flashlight - Umbrella - Fly swatter What is NOT included in your rental? - Outdoor BBQ (see add-on option) - Propane (furnace, outdoor cooktop and indoor oven/stove (see add-on option) - Drinking water if your site/location doesn’t have a water hookup (see add-on option) - Camping chairs - Linens and pillows Please Bring Your Own: - Pillows, linens, and blankets (not included in the rental) - Hygeine products such as shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, lotions, etc. - Food and beverages of course!
