RVezy charges service fees in order to keep our platform secure, always available 24/7, and bilingual. In some cases, multiple service fees can be incurred if our Terms and Conditions are not followed. Here is a breakdown of our service fees.
Renter Service Fee
A service fee of 10% is charged to the RV renter for each rental booked through RVezy. The renter service fee is applied to the whole booking including any add- ons, mileage overages, and additional post trip charges. A minimum service fee of $10/night for trailers and $15/night for motorhomes applies to all bookings.
Owner Service Fee
A service fee of 15% is applied to each booking reservation. This fee covers payment processing, promoting your RV, listing management, insurance costs and all support services provided by RVezy to both the owner and renter during each rental. The owner service fee is applied to the whole booking including any add-ons, mileage charges, or additional post trip charges. Any damage charges will not be subject to the owner service fee. A minimum service fee of $15/night will be applied to all motorhome rentals and a minimum of $10/night will be applied to all trailer rentals.
If a renter returns the RV after the agreed upon drop off time, the renter will be charged a fee of $100 plus an administrative fee of $50.
RV Cleaning Fee
Members of the RVezy community understand that RV camping can get dirty at times. While an acceptable level of dirt can be expected, any excessive dirt, particularly inside the vehicle, will result in a cleaning fee of $150 plus a $50 administrative fee.
If a renter does not show up to pick up their rental and has not contacted the owner or a member of the RVezy team they will be charged the full amount of the rental period.
Should an RV be returned without being refueled (gas/propane), the RV owner will provide RVezy with a copy of the receipt for refilling and the full amount will be deducted from the security deposit plus an administrative fee of $50.
RV Damage / Missing Items
Should an RV be returned with missing items or negligent damage, all items will be deducted directly from the security deposit.
All of the above noted fees will be deducted directly from the security deposit. Should you have any concerns about deductions to your deposit, a member of the RVezy support team will gladly assist the renter and owner in order to come to an agreement.
