Older style RV but helped us on our trip last minute(since original host cancelled 5days before our trip)!! Hostess was very friendly and personable and anything wrong (there was), she was available with prompt responses! Almost everything worked : fridge/freezer, A/C, heater, faucets, toilets BUT the hot water tank sprung a leak. It was unfortunate we had hot water for approximately 30sec-1min but since itwas short term, it was not too big of a deal!Would rent again! thanx
