***Please be cautious before renting. Although the ad states the trailer is in Sylvan Lake, the delivery actually comes from Calgary, which affected timing and logistics. The driver showed up late for both drop-off and pick-up and failed to communicate properly throughout the process.
Upon arrival, the trailer had no water, and I was asked to fill it myself. The AC also did not work, and there were other maintenance concerns. I strongly recommend doing a full walk-through before accepting the trailer to avoid being blamed for pre-existing damage to appliances or other issues.
When I asked for a partial refund due to the lack of water despite paying a sewage fee, I was met with hostility and threats, which I found very unprofessional. Overall, poor communication and customer service made this a frustrating experience. Please be aware and ask all the right questions before committing.
