I am a cozy comfy medium size traveling home which is a 2015 sunseeker made by Forest River, I am 28 feet long and 9 feet wide with the side mirror extended. I am 12 feet high and could sleep up to 8 people. This traveling home has all the comfort of a house like queen size bed, sofa, dining table, microwave, stove oven, hot water, shower, bathroom, tv, DVD, furnace heat, and air conditioning. With all that I also added more amenities like a coffee pot, hot water urn, toaster, cooking pot, cooking pan, cutting knife, spatula, whisk, soup scoop and plates, bowls, cups, and utensils for up to 8 people for your convenience. Because of covid 19 and for personal sanitizing and cleanliness reasons, we will not provide any bedding linens and towels. You will provide your own pillows, blankets, sleeping bags, and whatever you needed to sleep comfortably. we also do not provide any personal hygiene tools such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairbrush, shaver or shaving cream, and anything that is for personal use. We do a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of this motorhome each time it returns back. We do our best to make sure all our customers and everyone stay healthy and safe. We take health and safety seriously. This traveling home is your perfect home to have fun and enjoyment where ever you go.

This is an amazing unit, it has almost all the bells and whistles in this small space Big fridge with freezer on top, Large shower with plenty of space, Outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, awning with lights and many more great features. The inside offers a great little home away from home feeling with two double sized bunk beds and a queen size bed on opposite sides of the trailer Lots of storage and privacy curtains for each bed to make it feel cosier. A screen door to enjoy the cool breeze but keeps the bugs out! Please make sure if you bring toilet paper that it is the camper friendly kind and no feminine products are to be flushed Please no smoking inside the trailer this includes vaping. Please make sure windows are closed during campfires No scents of any type (candles, sprays, cleaners, Perfume/body sprays) as me and my kids are very sensitive to smells. The table is NOT to be used as a bed For any deliveries during the weekdays drop off and pick up times will be determined a week before rental We are pet friendly! The perfect home away from home with a full sized queen bed, double bunks in the back along with a couch that converts into a full length twin and a kitchen bench conversion. Large slide makes it extra spacious! Equipped with a full kitchen and microwave and two 12V batteries. You will need a campsite that is a minimum of 25ft WIDE X 30ft long as the slide is quite large. If you have no to little experience with a trailer we highly recommend a pull through campsite if possible. A minimum of a 1/2 ton truck is needed to pulled this trailer. We have a Anderson Hitch and sway bars included but if your truck is lifted you may lose the sway bars as they aren't typically long enough. Electric Jack and Awning. Indoor and outdoor shower with second door to bathroom to avoid excess traffic through trailer as well as access bathroom during travel. Chairs, dishes, cookware and toilet paper are provided. Bedding, towels and all other consumables (paper towel, condiments, soap) are the renters responsibility.

Does have outside awning light and outdoor speakers. Also has a front Murphy bed so on them rainy days you can kick back on the recliner couch or lay in bed and watch tv.
