This fully stocked bunkhouse can sleep 7. There is everything you need inside and out to create some lasting family memories on the road - a kitchenette stocked with cookware, dishes and cutlery, a dinette, queen murphy bed over the sofa, 2 double bunk beds and a dry bath with a small tub. We provide an outdoor mat, 2 camp chairs and a small table to use under the awning. For the times when you just want to stick around camp and play games, we have you covered. Sand toys are provided for the little ones, and there is an outdoor shower so the sand can stay outside. Please do not smoke or vape inside the camper. If you do not have an anti-sway hitch of your own, you can rent ours.

The Happy Camper is very clean and well equipped for a memory-making camping experience for 2 people, or for a family of 4. A slide out kitchen makes it feel extra roomy. The dinette area is great for indoor meals and family game nights, and then it flips down into a double bed. The queen sized bed has extra storage above and below. A three-piece bathroom completes the inside. This Happy Camper includes a power bank and solar panel for phones, cameras & laptops, kitchen essentials for 4, a French press, 4 camping chairs, a folding table and Coleman stove for outdoor cooking, and an outside carpet. We do not include linen, but 2 sets available as an add-on. We also have a small barbecue available as an add-on. The 2016 Forest River Rpod 178 is a lightweight and comfortable small travel trailer. Step in to this home away from home, relax and enjoy. This GreyWolf has everything that you need for a getaway. While perfect for 2 people, you can sleep up to 4 comfortably. Inside you will find everything you need for a successful get away. Linens, pillows, pots and pans, utensils, cutlery, dishes, camp stove with outdoor counter and a 20lb propane tank, chairs, cards and a crib board, and even a hammock that you can string up if you are camping among the trees. There is a Bluetooth stereo with speakers inside and out. If you have shore power, there is a 32" smart TV in the bedroom. The fridge is 12 cubic feet and has more than enough room for a getaway of a week. Bringing a few extras and need more space? We have a large 9 person Coleman tent available for rent as well. This is just the tent. You will need mattresses and sleeping bags. Just bring your clothes, food and any additional entertainment. While delivery is available in some circumstances, most bookings will require pick up. Delivery is only available on bookings of 5 days or more. If your truck is lifted, as drop hitch will be required so that the trailer is towed flat. Please contact with any questions.
This unit is well kept, clean, and child friendly. Super easy set up with the power awning, power slide, and power stabilizing jacks. trailer has a full size Queen mattress up front. Dinette folds down into a double bed. Couch fold down into a double bed and 2 double bunk beds at the rear of the trailer Willing to deliver directly to the camp site and set up if needed. Take the hassle out of camping and start relaxing with this trailer. Has air conditioning for those hot days (must be hooked up to power for ac to work). Lots of storage for your clothing and essentials. Extras available for additional cost are a 3500 watt generator that will Run everything in the trailer including the AC. Also a propane fire pit free of charge. I have a 20 pound propane tank for this! Only charge will be refilling the propane tank Rental also includes 4 camp chairs I have decided not to automatically charge a cleaning fee but Normal cleaning and upkeep of the trailer is still required during rental and may be subject to an additional fee if trailer is not returned clean. Trailer is 100% smoke free. Any smoking will be charge $400 I do work Monday - Thursday 10-5. I am willing to deliver or pick up the RV on these dates it would just have to be after 5pm when I get off work

Camping in here is a breeze with all the storage space and panty! It is fully maintained, and cleaned immaculately. Our trailer will meet all your needs this summer. Enjoy the following for beds: 🛏️ Full-sized queen mattress in a private bedroom - Sleeps 2 🛏️🛏️ 2 double-sized bunks (plug in on the bottom one) - Sleeps 2 (under 18) 🛋️ Couch can sleep 1 shorter person We are asking that the table not be used as a bed, the table can be stiff to put down and we do not want any damaged caused. The couch when put down kids commonly want to jump on it so we are asking that you please respect the furniture in the trailer. We love our trailer and we don’t want massive groups of people sleeping in it. Which is why we set the sleeping arrangements to 5 max. (Preferred for Family Use) We ask that there is only one person on the top bunk (1 youth) and 1 person on the bottom bunk teenager/light adult on the bottom is fine or 2 young children on the bottom. You will be in a fully air-conditioned unit. Full-sized bathroom with separate door access, large fridge, and stove/oven! All you need to bring is clothes, food, and bedding/linens! Note: We will have toilet paper in the trailer for you but if you run out you need to make sure you use septic safe toilet paper that you use in the trailer. This RV is loaded with all kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and much more on request. I will provide you images of what is provided (if the listing photos aren’t updated), anything else can be provided on request. Do not book our trailer if you want to pick up and drop off our trailer yourself, my husband would prefer he drives it to and from where it goes. We will not proceed with any reservations for pick-up we only deliver.
