Trailer comes fully stocked with cookware and eating utensils as well as board games and camping chairs! All you need to bring are linens such as bedding, towels, ect.

This Jayco RV is still brand new. It has 7 appliances available for use. Fridge Freezer inside, 2nd small Fridge Outside, Microwave, Stove & Oven, Toaster Oven, Ice Maker, AC unit and radio. Unit has an open space concept which provides more space for the family & guests. There is a Queen size bed in the front. This room includes a blackout curtain which provides privacy from the rest of the RV. It is next to the bathroom with a door attaching it. The bathroom is in the middle layout & has a toilet, small sink and stand up shower. The back part of the RV includes the kitchen & living area. The Kitchen Table with bench seats is where the only slideout is. This also turns into a bed for 2 people. The couch located at the very back lays down into the 3rd & final bed for 2 people. All windows have blackout blinds. AC is built in & can be turned on easily. The furnace runs on propane for the heat. There are 2 full 20lb propane bottles provided. The RV does come with an awning as well for the shade. The unit will come provided with the base standard equipment that came with it when purchased for set-up/rig out of the RV.

It also come with a large table that slides into the front top of the storage compartment. This trailer has it all! It has a large inverter and 800 Watt solar setup, so this unit can go off grid for day. You can use the microwave and make coffee with 110v without a generator or plugging in. I do have a nice generator if you wanted ac for the weekend although. TV and everything work amazing off grid or on grid. It's a super nice trailer. We can deliver the trailer for you.
