Our 21 foot lightweight trailer comes well equipped with a kitchen sink, microwave, fridge and freezer, propane stovetop and oven, furnace and air conditioning! The single slide houses the spacious dining area which folds into a sleeping area with ease. At the rear of the trailer is a 3 piece bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. To the right of the queen size bed there is a laundry chute; place a laundry basket in the passthrough cargo area below and drop dirty laundry out of the way at bedtime! It is well equipped but not like a cadillac, but pretty close. has tons of storage, out door mini fridge for some easily accessible brewskis, propane hookup in the rear to hook up a BBQ. Indoor and outdoor Bluetooth speakers, and showers. Electric awning with LED lights. She's all set for a good time! Trailer sleeps 4 adults comfortably, can fit additional sleeping set ups on the ground of the trailer if needed. Trailer comes completely empty, you would be responsible for everything you would need or want (blankets, pots & pans, cleaning stuff, etc..) No need to worry about propane consumption. Only rule is no smoking cigarettes inside trailer, around it is acceptable. Weed and vape are fine inside as long as a window is open nearby.
