The camper is located just minutes away from the beautiful Lake Martin. The camper was purchased in May 2021. It has a queen bed in the front bedroom, the sofa makes out into a bed, the table makes out into a bed, and there is a set of full size bunks. It has a two door entry, LED interior lighting, and a radio with bluetooth hookup. There are speakers outside of the camper, so the radio can be heard from inside and outside the camper at the same time. Also, the is an exterior mini refrigerator and a griddle. THERE IS TO BE NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN THE CAMPER.

There is an excellent rear bunkhouse in this camper boasting not only separate sleep quarters with a Queen bed (lower) and Full bed above in the loft area, but also a half bath is attached along with a separate exit/entryway to the outside. The couch also opens up into a bed, so in total, there are 4 beds making it's possible for 8 or maybe more (depending on size) to sleep in this RV! Up to 4 couples could split the rental, maybe 2 family's of 4 or 5... all kinds of options! The fridge is a full size residential fridge, with a great Freezer too! *Let us know if you would like us to stock your fridge with anything in particular!
