Cleaning supplies, broom, mop, spices and herbs, toilet paper, leveling blocks, cornhole game, and indoor games are provided. A full freshwater tank will be provided upon request. Due to the high cost of repair and extended downtime due to damage, the use of the awning will not be permitted. No towing is allowed. No smoking or pets are allowed inside the RV or an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be incurred. If returned without fuel refilled, a charge of $30 plus fuel cost will be charged. Failure to refill propane will incur a $50 charge plus cost of propane. Lost/stolen keys: $150. Black & gray tank disposal penalty fee: $75.
