This trailer is 25 feet from tongue to lights . It has 21 feet of space . There is a full bathroom shower toilet and sink. The kitchen has a microwave oven stove top and sink . There is a toaster oven a full size refrigerator. Which will run on gas or shore power. There is 40 gallons of fresh water 27 gallons of Grey and 27 of black water. There is a queen size bed ,a couch that folds in to bed and the kitchen table into a bed. There also a radio with Bluetooth with outside or inside speakers. Also there is a 19 inch TV by the bed that can move to be seen almost anywhere in the trailer . I also have a small gas BBQ in trailer for outside cooking. It takes the small bottles. I even have a generator that can go with the trailer for a additional cost I Of 40 for the hole rental ot will include 2 gallons gas for it

We will deliver to Lake Tenkiller, Marvel Resort, Greenleaf Lake, Ft Gibson Lake, Illinois River, Lake Eufaula or anywhere within 60 miles of Braggs OK. Come and enjoy the beautiful riding of Northwest and River Valley Arkansas. I'll host you here at my Camp Cove that's located on the Arkansas River between the Boston and Ozark Mountains. The toy hauler will sleep 4 very comfortably. There is also the TireLoft above the garage that will sleep 4 for an additional rental fee. There is a small AC unit and a fan up there for your comfort. There is a half bathroom in the garage as well. The patio is equipped with a Blackstone grill, gas and charcoal grill and also stainless cooking surface with many of the essentials you'll need to pull off a great menu. There are all the practical stores nearby within 15 minutes should you need anything. There's room for your motorcycle trailer in my yard and your truck. In the event of inclimate weather, there is covered motorcycle parking on the back patio or I'll make room in the garage. Please understand, you'll camp here. You will not take the toy hauler elsewhere to camp.
This camper is designed to be your home away from home! It will sleep 8 comfortably but can fit up to 10 people if needed. There is a nice queen size bed with a memory foam mattress topper, two double bunks, a pull out couch and the dining table also converts to a bed. Sheets will be provided but you will need to bring your own blanket / comforter. Sheets will be bleached after each rental. The kitchen includes a stove, oven and a microwave, should you prefer to cook inside. An air fryer, dishes, silverware, cups, pots and pans are provided. There is also a Keurig k cup coffee maker for a hot steamy cup of coffee on those crisp fall mornings. Bring your own k cups or bag of coffee. (We have reusable pods so you can bring your bag of coffee if you don’t have k cups.) The bathroom has a shower tub combo. There is also a second entrance to the bathroom so you don’t have to walk through the whole camper to get to the bathroom as well as an outdoor shower for those times when you need to clean up before heading inside. Outside you will find a powered awning with LED lights that provides plenty of shade for a comfortable environment outside of the camper. This camper has an easy to use powered tongue jack & all four corners have stabilizer jacks for a solid foundation. There is a storage rack on the back that will hold up to 200lbs and plenty of storage throughout to store all of your camping gear. Absolutely no smoking allowed inside trailer. Pre-approval needed prior to renting for festivals &/or if you want to bring along your pet (just send us a quick message). Black and gray tanks must be dumped at the end of your trip, prior to returning the travel trailer. If they are not dumped, a fee of $75 will be added.
