It's fully contained, fresh, gray, black water tanks, has a queen bed in the front dinette turns into a single bed and two twin bunk beds in the back. Bathroom with a shower. Two stove burners, microwave, full-size refrigerator, hot and cold water, heater, AC, LED lighted power awning, indoor outdoor speakers system, radio AUX DVD players. Either way, all you need to bring are your clothes, food and the kids. For the benefit of those who will rent the unit after you that may be offended by stale smoke or allergic to pet dander there is a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. There will be a $500.00 spcial cleaning fee if there is evidence of smoking or pet damage/hair.
