About the interior: Our travel trailer is very well kept and spacious with one private queen bed in the front and a four-bed bunkhouse in the back (two bunks are 40”x70” and the other two bunks are 34”x72”). It has two slides on the driver’s side. One expands the living/kitchen/dining area, and the second one expands the bunkhouse. The common area has an 80” u-shaped dinette, 64” sofa, 32” television, pantry, and linen closet. There is a 10 cubic foot interior refrigerator and is only carpeted where the slides are. The bathroom has a toilet, vanity sink and 40” shower, and there is an exterior entry to the bathroom for convenience. About the exterior: The trailer has two A/C units. One that can service the entire unit, and one that is for just the master bedroom. Equipped with 50-amp service but also has a 30-amp converter for sites that do not have 50-amp service (In order to be able to run both A/C units simultaneously, you must be connected to 50-amp service). There are dual propane tanks that supply fuel to the heating unit, water heater, oven, stove, and outdoor kitchen grill. Outside, there is a retractable 19’ awning, lighting, speakers, and kitchen with a 1.6 cubic foot refrigerator to keep your beverages cold. This 2019 Heartland Mallard is a great travel trailer that features all of the creature comforts of home away from home and is certain to make your trip easy, fun, and enjoyable. This travel trailer has 2 private bedrooms and 1 bathroom giving everyone the space and privacy they desire. Everything is up to date and in working order. It’s perfect for a family getaway, a trip to the lake with friends, and also great for long trips out of town. This RV can sleep nine people comfortably. The master bedroom is fitted with a queen sized bed which has been updated to include a custom mattress made out of memory foam and extended for taller people. The master bedroom closet includes a bolted down safe to lock your valuables during your trip. The living room TV also swivels around into the master bedroom allowing you to watch TV while in bed. The second bedroom, which is located at the opposite end of the camper, is fitted with two bunks (one is for smaller children/toddlers), and two fold out bedding areas. There is also an entertainment center in the second bedroom that offers gaming station hook-up and dvd player hook-up. All closets in the camper include slim hangers to hang up your clothes. The dinette also converts to a bed, and the couch converts to a full size bed. There are three large slide outs, full kitchen area 3 burner stove top, island, oven, refrigerator, microwave and sink. There is also an outside kitchen with a refrigerator, sink prepping area, and TV. The living room entertainment center includes a TV, DVD player, CD player and Bluetooth capability. Music can be played throughout the inside of the camper, outside using the party system, or both. There is a fully electric awning with color changing led lights, and an additional bathroom entrance to use while entertaining your guests. The indoor refrigerator and water heater runs off of electric or propane. The stove, oven, and heater run off of propane only. And the outdoor refrigerator runs off of electric only. The rental will include 2 full 20lb propane tanks, included in the price. Extras that are included are, cups, plates, bowls, kitchen utensils, plasticware, pots, pans, and other supplies. Special requests are considered for an additional fee. While this is a pet friendly RV, please note that you are financially responsible for all damages caused by your pet. Pet rules and regulations must be followed according to your destinations policies. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED inside of the camper during your stay. Should there be any evidence of smoking upon return, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $250 due immediately. Monday - Friday pick up and drop off time is between 6 pm - 8 pm. Weekend pick up and drop off time is between 12 pm and 6 pm. Early/late pick up or drop off is available for an additional fee. RV should be returned in the same condition as it was at the time it was rented out i.e. full gas tank, full propane, grey and black tank emptied and flushed out. 3. No off road travels or out of country locations permitted. 4. No walking, sitting, standing, or lounging on top of the roof. 5. NO-Pets allowed, any evidence will be subject to a $1000 "additional" fee. 6. ONLY use biodegradable, RV and marine type bath tissue that we supply or that you have. 7. Ensure all doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in hallway and bathroom, bathroom doors, master bedroom door, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion. 8. Refuel Policy: RV should be returned with (at least) the same amount of gas provided at pick up, or renters will be subject to $50 refuel fee plus actual fuel cost. 9. Dumping Policy: Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and black (septic) tanks before returning RV to owner. Failure to do so will result in a $199 dumping fee. Empty Black first, then Grey, then flush out tanks. 10. Towing Policy: Please let us know in advance if you plan to tow anything behind the RV during the rental period. You must bring your own flat-towing equipment and tow weight must not exceed 5,000 lbs. Renter must bring all other compatible equipment to tow their personal vehicle and it is required that you have a braking system installed in your towed vehicle. We keep the hitches locked at all times to prevent misuse. We charge a flat $200 tow fee. 11. Appliances: The A/C, slide-out(s), generator, awning, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, NO compensation will be made to you. For assistance, you are advised to consult the informational material in the RV or contact us. 12. RV Content: Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place to include any and all convenience items, inventory items, and any optional items requested in this rental agreement. When renters are away from RV, all doors including undercarriage should remain locked to prevent theft and overhead vents in bathroom and hallway should be closed to prevent water damage in the event of rain. Awning should not be opened during strong winds or while away from RV to prevent damage. If any inventory items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion. 13. There will be no refunds for early returns. Please inform us in advance if you plan to return early or if you are running late. Any drop-off after 11am CST will result in additional charges per number 15 below. It is inadequate to perform drop-off inspections in the dark as it does not allow for a proper visual inspection. Please plan your travel accordingly to meet pick-up and drop-off times. 14. Extending Rental Dates. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement to ensure that all rentals costs and rental dates are correct. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must call us for approval. If you do not return at the scheduled drop-off time on the scheduled Rental Period End Date and you have not called us for approval to extend the rental period, you will be charged additional rental day(s), and any inconvenience fees incurred by the next renter. Please remember that our units are usually booked by other families picking up as quickly as the next day. 15. Late fee of $125 for up to 5pm on scheduled return day. Returns after 5pm will be an additional night’s charge in addition to the $125 late fee. All late returns are subject to owner availability. 16. By taking possession of this rental you agree that you were given the full walk-through of the RV and have found that everything with the vehicle is found to be acceptable, is as advertised, and in proper working order. You also agree that the services you purchased are considered rendered upon your pre-departure inspection of the vehicle, signing of this contract, and leaving with the vehicle to start your reserved rental dates.
