There are two additional areas for sleeping in the center: a tri-fold couch as well as a convertible dinette. You could comfortably sleep 8, but with small children sharing the fold-down couches and dinette, you could possibly sleep 10. The full bathroom has its own door for easy access from outdoors. You'll have a= toilet, a sink with some countertop, and a nice size shower. The kitchen features a 6 cu. ft. refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, and microwave. We include basic dishes, utensils, and cookware, as well as a coffee pot or Keurig. For your comfort, there are two air conditioners. To use both, you must have 50 amp service. You can also use one with 30 amp service. There is central floor heat. There is a television with a sound bar with bluetooth to connect your phone to the speakers (indoors and out). Outdoors, you will find a large awning for sun protection as well as an outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator and cooktop. There is also an outside shower for rinsing off mud or sand.
