RV Knowledge: Before you leave our property you will be provided with an in-depth educational overview of everything you will need to know in order to fully enjoy your get away escape in addition to our quick reference manual with a inventory of what is onboard and its intended location. We can accommodate your vehicle parking while you are RVing. Owners, Forrest & Linda Bassett are available by providing our personal cell numbers as well as email addresses for any questions which may arise to make your experience a wonderful memory. We provide a guest book for your comments and suggestions which we encourage and hope you will use for our benefit. Ms. Betsy, our 2012 Thor Hurricane 32a, was recently acquired by my wife and I! We initially rented RVs for road trips and festivals -recently deciding to dive head first into RV ownership! We'd love for you, your family and friends (rides 4, sleeps 5) to have that experience too! Ms. Betsy has been recently renovated with all new furniture, leather, flooring, kitchen/bathroom/ shower upgrades, and more! We've spent thousands in quality of life and leisure upgrades! If you're familiar with operating an RV or have very minimal experience, we'll do our best to accommodate you! This RV would be PERFECT for the following parties: 1. 1-3 singles 2. 1-2 couples 3. 1 single/1 couple, up to 2-3 children Rides 4 (seatbelts), sleeps 5 (1 Queen bedroom, 1 pullout couch, 1 twin framed air mattress) This RV would NOT be a great fit for the following parties: 1. Groups of 6 or larger (only 4 seat belts) 2. Groups requiring more than three beds (only 2 queens, 1 full) 3. No Pets at this time Propane, water, dumping, silverware and cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning products, dish/hand soaps, Keureg, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oils/spray, foil, plastic wrap, and more... - all included! Pack your gear, personal toiletries, food, linens -and anything else you may need! That's basically it! If you're new, we'll walk you through everything! This 33 foot camper can sleep 8-10 people! It features 1 queen bed in its own private room, as well as another bedroom with two bunks and a fold down queen bed. The couch and dinette within the living area can be used for sleeping areas as well. The kitchen area has a large refrigerator/freezer, gas cook top, gas oven, and microwave. The bathroom features a stand up shower. Linens and towels are included. This camper also features a small outdoor kitchen with a small refrigerator and griddle. This camper can be towed by you/your party, however appropriate experience and vehicle is required. We can deliver and setup for you as well! Minimum 3 night stay.
We also have a small travel trailer. This travel trailer has a queen bed, a set of bunk beds, and a dinette for sleeping. It has a refrigerator, two burner stove top, microwave and a supplied kitchen. Linens and towels are provided as well. Pick a campground or another area of your choice (i.e. private land) and we will deliver and setup everything for you! Or if you have towing experience, this travel trailer can be picked up and towed by you!
This 5th wheel has a master bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe, and master bathroom. There is also a bunk room with a set of bunk beds and one single bed. The dinette can be used for a bed as well. There is a half bath located near the bunk room. Linens and towels are provided as well. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything for cooking. The outdoor kitchen includes a sink and small fridge. It’s like a small home on wheels! Pick a campground or other area (i.e. private land, etc.) and we will deliver and setup everything for you! Minimum 3 night stay. This camper is delivery only!

COMPACT yet LOADED. Easily take this camper anywhere you want to go (even Offroad!). After a day of adventure. Relax under the canopy while cooking and play your tunes through the Bluetooth stereo with a cold beverage of choice. Inside is a small, comfortable couch that turns into a 54"x74" 'Full' Size bed using the cushions from the couch. (*may be uncomfortable for anyone over 6') 19" TV, A/C, Heat, Radio and Solar Battery Charger controls. 3 USB charging ports. Small storage shelf. This little unit has features found in large units: -A/C and Heat (110v necessary for A/C) -Kitchenette W/ Refrigerator, 2 Burner Stove, Sink and Microwave (110v necessary for Microwave) -Bluetooth Stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers. -19" TV (110v necessary) -Hot and Cold water for cooking, cleaning and using the shower. -Shower is on outside of camper. (Popup shower enclosure provided) -Large Outdoor Rug & 10'x10' canopy are provided ***The only thing it does NOT have is a toilet*** -We DO NOT provide linens, pillows, etc. You can rent a set of sheets for $5.00 -Upon request we provide a small charcoal grill. -We also have a 22" Blackstone griddle available for rent $25/night or flat $75 for anything over 3 nights. Everything except the A/C, TV & Microwave run on 12V from the Battery or Propane (Both are on the trailer). The A/C and Microwave require 110V regular electric provided by a Std. or 30A electrical connection wherever you're going to be or a generator (Not included w/ rental) Trailer is easily towed by any vehicle with a 2” receiver and 7-pin connector. An adjustable hitch to accommodate for different vehicles is provided (no cost). We offer delivery close to our location. Just send a message to see if we can deliver where you're going. If we are delivering to an event and are delayed for longer than 1/2hr from the time we arrive. A Fee of $50 for every half hour will be charged at the end of the rental period. If there are no delays for dropping off or picking up, no fees will be added.

This camper is just the perfect size, at 31 ft. it’s not too big and not too small. It features room to sleep 8 (including private master), full size bunk beds, as well as convertible couch and dinette. The master has lots of storage with dual closets, bins under the queen bed, and a shelf above. Rounding out this room are built in nightstands on both sides and smart TV. Super comfy dinette and couch seating in the main living area give a perfect view of another smart TV, fireplace, or outdoor scenery through the large windows. The bunk bed area separates with a curtain and has both individual lighting and USB ports on each level. The kitchen features double sinks, large fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, a spacious pantry, and is stocked with cooking essentials. The bathroom with shower has its own door from outside for easy access to clean up after outdoor activities. Outside you will find a large retractable awning, outdoor speakers, a small fridge, and built in griddle. Linens are supplied so basically everything you need for your getaway is already on board awaiting your adventure!
From the moment you enter this camper you see that space and light abounds. The L shaped kitchen features a large pantry, dual sinks, fridge, microwave, 3 burner gas stove/oven and we have it stocked with all the essentials to make the perfect meal. Dine around the U shaped dinette that coverts to a bed. Or curl up on the couch (also converts to a bed) while watching a movie on the Smart TV or listening to your favorite tunes on the built in sound system with both inside and outside zones. The private master features a queen size bed with nightstands on both sides, dual closets, and tons of storage both above and under the bed. The rear slide creates a versatile bunk room area with space to sleep 5. You can even set up a pack and play or kennel under the drop down bunk. This room also boasts storage space and another Smart TV. Rounding out the interior is a full bath with ample sized shower and it’s own separate entrance…easy in and out for kids or guests. Outside you will find an LED lit retractable awning, outdoor shower, and outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink, and grill. Enjoy an adventure anywhere with all the comforts of home!! We also have added a new dual fuel generator that powers the entire RV. Very quiet and user friendly with a remote included!! For your convenience we will provide the following: -pots and pans (some cast iron) -plates/cups/bowls/flatware ~ cooking utensils and kitchen tools -mixing bowls, colander, cutting board -Keurig Coffee Maker (you provide the K-Cups) -dish towels, cloths, and pot holders -cleaning essentials -sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and washcloths -board games, cards -dog bowls, tie outs, and crates upon request -toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags ~ -outdoor chairs -outdoor rug and small table -all hook ups for water, sewer, & electric -outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, sink, propane grill w quick connect and grilling tools -anti-sway and weight distribution hitch Lots more as well. If you have been looking for an adventurous get away with your partner, you are well on your way with this unit!! Our camper’s small size and rooftop solar panel allow it to go (and stay) most anywhere. Interior space is optimized with it’s fold up Murphy bed. It hides behind a couch with dual foot rests during the day and at night easily flips down into a comfy full size bed with night stand space and closet storage on either side. Additionally, the double bench dinette doubles as another bed. The kitchen comes complete with fridge, microwave, 3 burner stove/oven, large sink, and flip up tabletop for more prep space. The back end of this camper boasts a large bathroom with a large linen closet, toilet, sink w/medicine cabinet, shower, and even a small tub. Sound system and Smart TV can be seen and heard from most anywhere. The sound system can also be played outside while sitting under the large awning or cooking on the detachable outdoor griddle. This unit really has it all and is perfect for boondocking!!
