The black water tank is 45 gallon, the fresh water tank is 52 gallon, the grey water tanks combined are 90 gallon, propane is 2 40lb tanks, and hot water heater tank is 6 gallon electric and propane. Booking must have at minimum 30A hookup or be rented with one of our generators. Insurance DOES NOT COVER AWNING or any awning parts. Use of awning is not allowed and will be disabled. Any and all damage to the awning while in your possession is the responsibility of the renter. Most damage to awnings exceed the deposit amount. Any fees charged at the end of the rental will include a service fee that it charged by RVezy
