The outside entrance to the bathroom is also another great feature. In the living area you will find a fireplace with changing colors, sound bar and a large TV. 5 Beds! Brand new 2024 COLEMAN LANTERN LT 274BH. Camp in Comfort! This spacious camper has 28.5 feet to enjoy. Cozy bunk beds, a full kitchen with all the appliances you need, and a queen bed with beautiful modern bedding, a reading light and a shelf above the bed. On either side of the main bed there are cabinets for hanging clothes and nightstands with storage space. The couch and dinette convert into twin beds and there will be extra bedding available in the camper if needed. There is extra storage under the dinette benches, the queen bed and the bottom bunk bed. Each bunk bed and main bed have usb outlets available for use and there are standard outlets for the two other beds. Both bunk beds also have their own reading light and have beautiful soft bedding. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen that includes pots, pans, cooking utensils, knives, cutting boards, baking pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, and a can/bottle opener. Appliances include the fridge/freezer, microwave, 3 burner stove, and oven. A fully private bathroom with locking door, toilet, sink, shower, hot water, and vent fan. Clean towels and a variety of toiletries are complimentary. The awning extends with the push of a button! Perfect for outdoor activities or enjoying the fresh air in the shade. There is a smart TV to watch your favorite shows. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with new memory foam mattress for a comfy night sleep. It has plenty of storage and a another smart TV. There is a bathroom with a nice size shower. It includes towels and washcloths. The bunk room has two double beds that fit two adults each. It has a pocket door for complete privacy. Each bunk has two windows to see the nature outside and to open for some nice fresh air on cool nights. There is an outdoor kitchen with a small fridge to keep your drinks cold and a two-burner propane stove for outdoor cooking. There is a retractable awning to provide some shade, an outdoor rug and camp chairs. It also has an outside shower with hot water for rinsing off. This RV is for delivery only. Everything will be setup for you. All you need to do is show up with your toothbrush. A generator is available for an additional fee of $40 a day with unlimited hours. Strict NO SMOKING/NO PET policy in the RV. If the RV smells of smoke/pet, you will forfeit your entire security deposit, no exceptions.(husband has allergies). In order to create a comfortable, clean and sanitized environment for each renter, we do an extensive cleaning after each reservation. The camper has one queen-sized bed, a bunkhouse with two twin beds and a second queen beds that folds into a sofa, and the dinette table can fold down into a bed that could fit one adult or two children comfortably, the living room sofa converts to a bed as well. Inside, you will find 3 flat-screen television with roku, a Bluetooth AM/FM stereo with aux input. We also have a working fireplace for ambiance or will produce heat to keep you warm.
