This 2014 Thor Miramar is our "Big Guy" (35ft w/2 slideouts) that takes us on family adventures. He is fun and comfortable. One of his best features is the 2 bathroom floor plan, everyone seems to need to go at the same time ;-). He is able to sleep 8 -queen bed in the master, full bed over cab, pullout couch, and table converts as well. Includes full kitchen, 3 burner propane stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer. There are 3 TV's 2 located inside the master bedroom & main seating the 3rd is outside for your viewing pleasure. Also, a pre-trip meet and greet is always suggested as that gives us ample time to do a complete walk through and demo. We can also do a quick one at time of drop off but not as desirable. One last thing, although you need to use the fresh water holding tank sparingly not to fill the grey water tank and preserve water if you do not have water hook up, but be sure to use a enough water in the toilet to flush and dissolve waste and paper in the black water tank. Welcome to our Springdale Mini! We have rented out travel trailers and noticed that some people don’t want something so big! We are five star rated on our other camper that we rent out (much larger unit). We decided to purchase this that comfortably accommodates small families . Just bring your linens and pillows. These can be provided if needed for a fee. Pets allowed for a small additional fee. We do deliver, this camper can also be picked up. Weight of the camper total is 3375 dry, probably around 3700 how it sits. We are excited for our “mini” and the memories it will provide our family and yours!

Our camper comes stocked with chairs, all cooking items you need, including pots, pans, dishes and silverware. We have a large comfortable outdoor rug. Pets welcome! There is a lot of storage space. Available for weekly or nightly rental. Fully stocked -linens, dishes, and cookware. It has a great dining area that can seat around four people. The kitchen has a sink, stove, fridge and freezer. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. It has been kept in clean condition. All in all, it’s a great camper. We can do RV delivery and setup. This van comes stocked with basic essentials to help you focus on fun and the journey ahead. What's includedInside you’ll find a KL queen sized bed, a toilet & shower, induction cooker, a sink, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer section, air conditioning & heat, plenty of windows with screens and shades, a swivel mounted TV with Blu-ray player connected & Roku capabilities (Wi-Fi not included). The van seats 2 passengers with seatbelts and has an awesome led lit awning! There is a small safe bolted inside the van to hold valuables. There is plenty of room under the bed for storage .This van is fully equipped with anything you need for boondocking or staying at a site. It has all of the hookups for city electric and water. Perhaps even more fun, it also is fully boondocking ready with two EcoTrek lithium ion battery modules, solar panels. There is a 30 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon grey water tank, and 15 gallon black water cassette. This van contains a cassette toilet that needs to be emptied every 3-4 days (more or less depending on usage). At pickup, we will provide instructions for emptying the tank. If the van is returned with a full toilet tank, you will be charged a fee of $150. The van will have a full tank of gas. On return, we ask that you please return the vehicle with a full tank. If the van is not returned with a full tank of gasoline, you will be charged a fee of $150.
