Rest assured that while this unit is smaller, it has all of the same amenities as many of the larger motorhomes such as a fridge, tv, stove, dinette, shower, and more! *PLEASE NOTE: We do not rent our RV for for long distances in case there are any issues with our unit. While we keep our RV in excellent condition, if unforeseen mechanical issues arise it is difficult to oversee the repairs and accommodate our renters needs during repairs. We prefer to keep our unit within a 12 hour distance from our location.
It has bunk beds for the little ones with individual tvs and dvd player. You can also adapt a game console ( XBox, Playstation). There is also a sofa bed and the dinning table turns into another comfortable bed. It is very easy to set up and tear down. For newbies is a perfect RV and for experts, well what can I say. Its updated and ready to go. Don't miss an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in style. It is very good for all weather conditions. I have traveled all the way to Canada and to Yellowstone and believe us we couldn’t have a better motorhome to travel. Its length is 32’ ft whis for me its a good size not to big and not to small. Our 22 ft travel trailer was bought brand-new with love to enjoy the outdoors and bring families together! In our camper you will find two double bunks in the back (almost the size of a queen bed) with the bathroom to the right and a queen size bed for the master up front, in the middle of the camper we have a very large window nestled directly beside our booth style dining area which is across from the fully stocked kitchen with a wonderful deep farmhouse sink (rare find for a camper)! Outside you can sit under our state of the art push button awning with wonderful blue led lights for an awesome ambiance at night time, on the other side of the camper you will also find an outdoor shower.

We love our motorhome. It is great to take a trip in. It has a lot of storage under the motorhome. It could come with a small pen for small pets. We have japanese chins. It has never been smoked in. It has a toaster over, coffee maker, utensils, plates, coffee cups and some pots and pans. There is plenty of room for storing food ina cabinet. Each single bed has a dvd player. There are 3 TV's . We are very flexible with pick up and drop off. You can pick it up as early as 9 a.m. and drop off as late as 5p.m..

We are a family of 6 (husband John, wife Wendi and 4 kiddos currently aged 9-14.) We specifically purchased this RV so we could have a back bedroom for the four kids and still “do life” in the living area. Parents room can close too so everyone can get some privacy. This is the perfect layout for “bigger” families! While it says it can sleep 10, we think it sleeps 6 very comfortably (we are a tall family!) and can sleep 8 quite adequately. The master bedroom has a queen, but because my husband and I are over 6'3", we put a king-sized mattress topper on it which allows us to "be able" to sleep together in the queen bed. 2023 Pioneer Travel Trailer. Vertical clearance required is 11 feet. Max weight fully loaded 6900 pounds. length overall is just over 32 feet. This is a nice new clean camper and the interior will be thoroughly cleaned between each rental. Great camper for a weekend or a few weeks! Bunkhouse has been modified for extra headroom for both beds! All bookings within 7 days of a holiday require a 2 night minimum. 50 ft of drinking water hose, one 25 foot non potable water hose, 40 feet of sewer hose, all necessary extension cords and adapters to use any generator or campsite power source. Dinette and couch both convert into a bed. Queen bed in the bedroom sleeps two adults, dinette sleeps two kids or one adult, couch laid out sleeps two kids or one adult. Two bunks will sleep two adults or four kids total. One Small Pet is Allowed and Needs to have its own Kennell. NO SMOKING of anykind Allowed in Camper. If you are not comfortable towing, please use my delivery and setup services. If you plan on towing, plan to use at least a half ton truck or full size SUV with appropriate towing capacity, must have 7 pin plug. It is recommended to have a trailer brake system. You can use my weight distribution hitch and I will set up for you. Delivery on Holidays will require an additional delivery fee of $250. ( 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day) All Campsites must have full hookups at the site for the camper. If not, proper equipment will need to be rented along with the camper for the safety of the camper. A septic dump fee of $60 will be added.
