Mabel loves travelling, camping, people, children and pets! Most importantly, almost everything you need is included and is perfect for your next adventure. She is loved by all, easy to drive and extremely well taken care of. Mabel is inspected and sanitized prior to every trip! She is packed so you don't have to! Parks pass, cookware, dishes, cutlery, and more. Please note that all beds are double size, otherwise two per bed. Check out our Add-Ons to enhance your travel experience. To make sure we set you up for success, we go over how to use all the features and MAKE SURE everything is in working order before you leave and give you a check list! That will take approximately 2 hours prior to leaving on your adventure. Upon returning it takes approximately 1 hour to close out your rental. NOTE: ***Read the following carefully*** The awning is not listed for use and the cleaning fee is not negotiable. We appreciate your efforts to bring it back clean however we must inspect and sanitize everything upon your return as many things loosen and break because of the vibration of driving/user error. NOTE: There will an extra charge for removing skunk 🦨 smell which will be done by a professional! Boondocking/Dry camping is for experienced RV EXPERTS only and we will not be responsible should the unit fail to meet your expectations while on battery power. We strongly recommend everyone to book serviced sites and enjoy your vacation! DO NOT leave food/garbage in the RV! It is your responsibility to take out all your food/garbage prior to returning the unit. If you do not, there will be an extra charge of $100 for removal. If you do not purchase the Roadside Assistance, verify that yours will cover an RV as you will be responsible for those costs. Propane and Gas must be full when you return Mabel if you have not prepaid, or you will be charged double the cost of filling. The same double cost will apply if the blackwater is not emptied. NO EXCEPTIONS!
