If you're someone like me who identifies as a camper but prefers the comfort of home and sleeping indoors, look no further as our RV has all the amenities of a home while allowing you to spend time in the great outdoors with your family and friends. This trailer will be delivered right to your site. Walk around and tutorial provided at the time of delivery. This beautiful, well-maintained 5th wheel toy hauler comes fully furnished. It is a self-contained, spacious trailer with high-end amenities, high ceilings, and 3 slide-outs for a spacious open feel. It is ideal for families with children and large groups. It can comfortably sleep up to 7 people. However, it can also accommodate an 8th person who doesn't mind sleeping on the sofa. All you need to bring are your personal items, food, and drinks. In the trailer, you will find a double bunk bed in the cargo area, a twin loft in the living room/kitchen area, and a queen bed in the master bedroom. Each room has its own TV. All three TVs have Bluetooth that offers wireless streaming. There are some DVDs and board games for your enjoyment. There is a 2 piece washroom in the cargo area and a 3-piece bathroom with a shower between the kitchen and master bedroom. There is a large reclining sofa in the living room/kitchen area and a stowable dining table. Snuggle in on rainy days by the indoor fireplace, watching a movie on any of the 3 indoor TVs. Stay warm and toasty with the furnace during cold weather or cool off with the A/C during hot conditions. Everything is powered – all you need to do is push a button or flip a switch to activate the slides, awing, A/C, furnace, and lighting. The following items are provided: - Fresh bed sheets on all beds - Hand towels - Bath mat - Hangers for clothes - Basic cleaning supplies, dish soap, hand soap, hand sanitizer, and RV toilet paper - Kitchen appliances - stove, microwave, coffee pot, electric kettle, and toaster - Pots, pans, cutting boards, cooking utensils (solid spoon, slotted spoon, pasta fork, spatula, slotted turner, ladle spatula), knives, plates, bowls, mugs, cups, eating utensils, bottle opener - Kitchen towels and oven mitts Here is a list of items you will need to bring along for your trip: - Comforters / sleeping bags / bedding - Pillows - Bath towels/face towels - Personal toiletries PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: - There will be 24 hours wait period between each rental in order to ensure thorough cleaning of the RV. - There is a Mandatory Cleaning Fee of $125 that needs to be selected at the time of the request. - Our trailer is 40 ft long. Please ensure your reserved campsite have the clearance to accommodate a 40 ft trailer. - If your campsite does not have a sewage hookup, there will be a $45 fee for emptying the septic tank. - If you are dry camping and you require fresh water to be delivered with the trailer at the time of delivery, there will be a fee of $50 to cover time and fuel for filling and delivering fresh water in the freshwater tank. - This is a NON-SMOKING, PET FREE unit. Although we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets due to the sensitives and allergies of some of our family members - STRICTLY NO SMOKING, VAPING, PETS OR PARTIES INSIDE THE TRAILER. $100 per day penalty will apply to cover heavy cleaning costs. - For safety reasons and respect to other campers, delivery after 8 pm is not available. There will be an additional charge for delivery between 6-8 pm of $50 per hour. If the campsite is not available/ready by the time the trailer is delivered to the campsite, there will be an additional charge of $55 per hour while the driver waits to park and set-up the trailer.
