New, Light Weight, Family-Friendly trailer (no cleaning fees!)

Hey there! This 2021 Palomino Palomini trailer is an amazing unit for families, couples and singles alike. The unit has a slide and an incredibly functional/spacious layout. This lightweight trailer can be easily towed with a SUV (3,950lbs dry, under 5,000lbs fully loaded)! Very clean non-smoking unit, with flexible pick up and drop off times. Comes with everything you’ll need to make lasting memories! INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENTAL - Hitch with weight distribution sway bars, stabilizing jacks - All dishes, utensils, pots & pans, pour-over coffee maker and filters, toaster, kettle - Dishrags, dish towels, dish soap - Queen size bed that can be folded into a couch for added comfort during the day! - Twin size bunk beds - Dinette can fold down to make a bed (small children only please!) - inside shower & toilet - RV compatible toilet paper and septic safe tablets - Air conditioner - Large (10 cubic ft) fridge, freezer, stovetop, microwave, kitchen sink - TV & DVD player with tons of DVD’s - Bluetooth compatible stereo - Electric Awning - 4 adult size camping chairs - 6 fire roasting sticks - Small Axe ***NO CLEANING FEE!!*** In lieu of the cleaning fee, the renter is expected to return the RV in the same condition and cleanliness that they received it in. All required cleaning supplies will be provided. Rentals returned uncleaned will be charged a $80 fee from the damage deposit. ***Please have the Grey & Black tanks emptied before returning or there is a $100 emptying fee*** ***We do not permit excessive travel on gravel roads or crown camping due to excessive wear and tear. Towing vehicle must have tow capacity of 5,000lbs and a trailer brake controller*** ***small pets allowed for $100 pet fee*** Also Available: - Bedsheets & Comforter: $10 per bed - Single & Queen size Sleeping bags: $10 each - Pillow with pillowcase: $5 each - Propane Fire-Pit $20/night (great for not needing wood or when fire bans are in effect) - Pickup is 2pm and after, return is 11am. Possible to be flexible but this depends on our other reservations. If trailer is returned later than the agreed-upon time, there will be a $20/hour late fee withheld from the damage deposit.
