House Rules — Please read before booking ■ Tanks & water: - Black and grey tanks must be fully flushed and emptied before return - Do not travel with a full fresh water tank — fill at your destination - Only RV-safe, single-ply toilet paper may be used - No flushing of wipes, paper towels, or feminine products — no exceptions - Use only approved holding tank treatment/deodorizer (can be provided upon request) ■ Towing & driving: - Renter must confirm their vehicle has adequate towing capacity before booking - Trailer must be properly hitched with safety chains and working brake controller at all times - Awning must be fully retracted before moving the trailer - All windows and vents must be closed before travel - Respect posted weight limits on roads and bridges - Check tire pressure before each travel day - No persons inside the trailer during travel — all occupants must ride in the tow vehicle ■ Safety: - When cooking, ensure the door is open for ventilation at all times - If you smell propane, immediately ventilate the trailer, exit, and do not touch any electrical switches — contact us right away - No open flames near propane connections or tanks - No smoking of any kind inside or within 10 feet of the trailer - Do not use any generator or fuel-burning appliance in an enclosed space - Keep campfires at a safe distance from the trailer at all times - Stabilizer jacks must be lowered before occupying the parked trailer ■ Awning: - Do not leave the awning extended when you are away from the trailer — wind can cause serious damage - Retract the awning at night or any time weather is uncertain - Renter is fully responsible for any awning damage caused by negligence ■Inside the trailer: - No smoking of any kind inside or within 10 feet of the trailer - No pets unless pre-approved in writing - Maximum occupancy: 4 guests - Do not exceed the trailer's weight capacity with luggage and gear - Renters are responsible for leaving the trailer clean and in the same condition as received - Do not use the stovetop on unlevel ground ■ General: - Trailer must not be sublet or lent to any person not listed on the rental agreement - Any damage must be reported immediately — do not attempt repairs yourself - Renter is responsible for all campsite fees, dump station fees, and propane refills - Return trailer with the same propane level as at departure - A cleaning fee will apply if the trailer is returned in unsatisfactory condition.
