We did not have the best experience with renting this trailer. Started off by it being dropped off late around 8pm, check in was 4pm, was expecting it a bit earlier. They had also called us saying they got lost and we had to direct them to the site. Then when they dropped it off they were cleaning it as they set it up. I wouldn't say it was super dirty but to me they should clean it before they bring it. Smelt pretty musty in there. Then the AC wasn't working so they had to go find a fuse and came back close to 10pm to fix that. Later that evening we no longer had power (we were at a site with power and we were plugged in). My son in law is an electrician and spent 2 hours the following morning fixing the issue. And lastly checkout was at 2pm and the trailer was not picked up until close to 5:30pm. We had already left so hopefully we don't get charged any late checkout fees. Overall it is a nice trailer if they were more organized and had it maintained better.
The RV owner (Brad) was very nice and made sure I knew the basics of the unit. He was also accommodating on the delivery and pick-up of the RV.
I did have problems with power. The battery ran dry on the first day. Had to use a generator for power after that. Battery only partially recharged when generator ran for several hours.
Air conditioner only ran under generator power. Fridge did not get cold and freezer was not freezing.
