Trailer comes stocked with camping chairs, ground mats, bedding for queen mattress, generator, outdoor camp stove, sleeps 5 comfortably with queen bed, two single bunks and a fold down table. Also has washroom with toilet and shower along with indoor kitchen, air conditioning and an electric fireplace, fridge and microwave, additionally has two extra support jacks added in the front for more stability (jack pads are provided) SUV towable dry weight.
Renter is responsible for emptying black and grey holding tanks, if it comes back not emptied there will be a charge of 50$ to empty
Propane for water heater not included.

This trailer is perfect and Brandon had it stocked with things that saved our day! He responded quickly on the phone when we needed help.
I would rent again from Brandon and would recommend my friends and family members to rent from Brandon as well. A great size towable rv, was very clean upon pick up and everything worked flawlessly during our rental period. Brandon was very responsive in regards to anything that was related to the trailer that we wanted to know, including the pick up and drop off times. RV is small enough to fit most camp sites and light enough that it was not that bad on on fuel when towing with a ,2023 Ford F150 Powerboost. Overall experience was a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ one, and overall fuel mileage was 17.3 litres/100 km's with a total of 1,641.7kms of towing km's, from Edmonton to Jasper, than at Jasper to a few tourist spots like the Athabasca Falls and a couple of camp sites, than from Jasper to Banff National Park and from Banff to Edmonton.
Wonderful hosts. Camper was clean, comfortable and ready to go. Hosts communicated great. Would rent again!
