Great family camper!
Sleeps up to 6 people. This trailer has a twin over double bunk, a full size bed in the front and the table fold down into a fair size bed.
A min rental of 3 days on long weekends.
This trailer is equipped with AC, heat, LED lighting, indoor and out door shower. All appliances are in working order.
Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee. Upon owner approval.
The rental includes: dishes/utensils/cups, single cup coffee maker, camping chairs (3 adult and 2 kid), cutting board, pots and a frying pan.
TV is also included along with a DVD player. TV has outside mount and speaker.
Non smoking, No off roading and No roof climbing
Generator available for extra fee. If you're at a site with no power a generator is required to run the trailer, it will not run off the battery.
If propane refill add-on is not selected, renter is responsible to supply their own propane tank(s). Both furnace and hot water runs off propane. Fridge runs off either propane or power.

Chria wqs amazing. He had everything ready and clean for ua whwn we got there. Reviewed everything and made sure we we were all set for our weekend. The trailer was perfect and had everything we needed with no issue. Before our trip he communicated any time we had questions and was very prompt. We will be using chris again in the near future. Emptied out holding tanks and when returned the float must have been stuck for the black tank showing it was not fully empty. Was charged an additional $300 to empty the holding tank, only cost $10 dollars for dumping prior to drop off.
