Cris' Camper: 20ft, lightweight, trailer

It's a basic trailer that has everything you need. You don't need a truck to tow it, because it's really light for its size, just 2800 lbs dry and if you load it to the GVWR max 3500 lbs (max 690 lbs of supplies), it's towable by many SUV type vehicles. There's a queen bed with side tables, and the dinette table converts to a single sized bed for one person. The bathroom has a shower with a tub, a toilet, sink and huge closet. The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer which works on propane or battery, a microwave which only runs when plugged into the appropriate power source, a sink and counter space, lots of cupboards. It has a built in stereo, air conditioning (must be plug into power) and a propane furnace. I've stocked it with bedding for both beds, and lots of kitchen utensils, dishware, pots and pans etc. The trailer is new to me, and I've just had it checked and serviced by a certified RV technician. I've replaced the awning fabric, and had the electrical, propane and break systems checked for safety and the wheel bearings were repacked. I have a drill with an adapter for the scissor jacks, so no manual cranking required. *I can't commit to delivering, depending on my schedule, but if I'm available it might be possible to drop it off for you within a reasonable distance for an additional fee.
