The PERFECT family home away from home! Welcome to our brand new JAYCO! 2 slides! 2 fully separate bedrooms! (1 room with queen bed & 1 bedroom with a bunkhouse that sleeps 4!) so much room for family fun! In addition there is sleeping on the pullout couch and fold down table. Sleeps 8-10. Let the adventures begin! Full kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, 4 burner stove, double sink. We provide the basics ..all dishes, kitchen utensils, toaster, and of course the coffee maker. Outdoor Kitchen: sink, counter top, cupboards Main room: spacious open area great for kids to play , fire place, TV & DVD player, dining area with wrap around bench seating, sofa, lots of cupboard space Bathroom: porcelain toilet, bath, shower. Additional features: outdoor shower, tv in bunk room, TV in living room that can swing around fully to the queen size bedroom, furnace, air conditioner, awning with lighting, built in Bluetooth speaker system with speakers inside and outside, 2 doors (1 to bathroom and 1 main entrance near main bedroom), outdoor grill Includes: - dishware, cookware, and utensils - toilet paper - lantern, flashlight - 4 camping chairs - roasting sticks - filled with 450L water for non serviced sites - hatchet & full size axe - tons of DVDs - broom & dust pan - first aid kit (Propane not included) must select as add on if needed.
