Our Kootenay Adventure Seeker comfortably sleeps 6 with bunks for the kids, and room for the dog. Your home away from home is completely packed and ready for your camping adventure. Just bring your food, drinking water, toiletries, clothes, personal bedding with pillows and you're good to go. Your rental includes .. Comfortable Sleeping for 6 including: 1. Queen bed complete with clean linens and comforter 2. Bunks for the kids 3. Couch that folds to double bed 4. Kitchen table that folds to double bed Also included Microwave and A/C only when hooked up to full service site or generator. Electric 2 cup coffee maker and toaster when hooked up to full service or generator - Furnace (propane) with thermostat - Power inverter - TV / DVD / Chromecast/ Stereo with indoor / outdoor speakers - awning with outdoor led mood lighting - portable solar panel to regenerate battery power - full tank of water - two full propane tanks, one for outdoor cooking - portable BBQ - outdoor 3 burner stove - clean sheets, and blankets for queen sized master bed - towels for 6 - dishes (place setting for 6, pots, pans, etc) - stove top percolator - 2 camping chairs - outdoor carpet - outdoor table - hatchet - campfire hotdog sticks and sandwich maker - toilet paper - garbage cans and bags - cleaning supplies - Indoor and outdoor games. PLEASE NOTE: Public designated campsites only. Delivery is available anytime on weekends, may be able to make earlier arrangements but can mostly deliver after 5 pm on week days. Delivery includes fuel for distance x 4 to deliver then pick up the RV, setting up, tearing down and emptying tanks. This is a large trailer and towing experience is a must if picking up. If you’re not comfortable towing, delivery can be arranged. For trailer pickup we have an equalizer hitch that you will need to know how to use, we will show you (all parts included) You MUST have a Brake Controller installed in your tow vehicle. Extra Fee - $10 per day - prepayment to refill propane (and generator) at the end of your holiday. - $15 - Regular Pet Cleaning. Pet accidents will be claimed under damage deposit. - $15 - Cooler available for extra food/beverage storage for picnic / beach run etc. - $50 - Generator with 1 tank of fuel and lock for extra amperage needed to run A/C and Microwave, plus electric appliances RENTER RESPONSIBILITIES & INFO: - ABSOLUTELY no smoking of any form of leafy material or vaping inside. - IF PICKING UP - RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EMPTYING OF WATER TANKS & WASTE TANKS - TRAILER MUST BE RETURNED IN SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS RECIEVED AT PICK UP.
