Features: Double bed in the rear with new 4” memory foam topper mattress (very comfy!), privacy curtain, and lots of storage space for clothing/gear Dinette that folds into a double bed (can be equipped with a guardrail for young children) Couch that folds into another small bed (perfect for one person or even your dog) Blackout curtains for privacy and to keep it dark and cool for a great nights sleep Bedding, pillows, bathroom and kitchen linens included Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and storage as well as an outdoor shower Kitchen with freezer, fridge, four burner stove, double sink, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware/utensils. furnace (propane) **as of now, the furnace is not working (blower issue) = no heat** A/C, radio, lights, including solar panels for extra battery power Awning, solar lights, and outdoor mat for comfort when spending time in your campsite rain or shine IMPORTANT: DELIVERY ONLY - we are not offering our trailer for pick up/self-tow at this time.
