The 300 watts of solar to the roof and oversize batteries making this unit perfect for dry camping and boon docking. I work hard to insure everything in the trailer is of the highest standard so that you can focus on having fun and enjoying everything that Beautiful BC has to offer! :) You will receive the trailer clean inside and out, grey and black water tanks empty, batteries charged, and both propane bottles filled (unless requested otherwise). You have the option to transport this trailer from Langley in the summer months yourself with your own vehicle or delivery is available for $2.00 per kilometre based on a round trip, a 50 km trip would be 200kms total there and back twice and cost $400. The Weekend and holiday delivery rate is $2.50 per Kilometre. Delivery includes full setup and takedown of the trailer. Please note that the dry weight of this trailer is 4837Lbs however the curb weight is closer to 6000Lbs. if you intend to tow yourself please message me with the year, make, and model of the vehicle you will be using so I can verify tow capacity. RULES OF THE ROAD All pets are welcome in the trailer however if there is any pet hair left behind there will be additional fees deducted from your damage deposit. The rental preparation fee in mandatory on all bookings. it is too insure the trailer is inspected, clean, and stocked up for your booking. This fee does not include post trip cleaning. you are required to bring the trailer back in the condition that you received it inside and out. The towels and linens fee is mandatory on all bookings, this fee is to insure that all the beds are made with fresh sheets, clean towels provided, and everything is washed at the end of your booking. All amenities such as fire pit, bbq, camping chairs, propane camp stove, BBQ accessories, Tables, Etc are offered at low prices with the rental however if used then you are expected to return them in the exact condition that you received them. you will be required to check out any items you would like for your trip and return them in the condition that you received them. If any amenities are returned dirty or broken then additional fees will be deducted from your damage deposit. When booking the trailer it is important that you confirm the pickup and return times prior to your trip. The standard pick up time is 3 pm and drop off is 11 am. In the event that I have back to back bookings these times are firm however if I do not have bookings Adjacent to yours then I would be happy to agree on any time that is suitable for you. If these rules are not adhered to then there will be additional fees deducted from your damage deposit. It is fully expected of you to return the trailer in the condition that you receive it. I have a high expectation of cleanliness and If the trailer is brought back in any condition other then how you received it then there will be additional cleaning fees deducted from your damage deposit. This includes emptying holding tanks, refilling propane, insuring the batteries are charged to an acceptable level, Sweeping and mopping floors, Wiping down all counter spaces, Insuring all dishes are cleaned and properly put away, insuring all amenities are cleaned and stored properly, . if you do not intend to perform these tasks when you return the trailer please select the prepaid convenience extra and I will take care of it for you.
